Refunds and Returns
All items are non-refundable unless there’s a defect or
a wrong order is sent. In case of defect or wrong order,
please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your
order. There will be no refund after 48 hours.
There will be no refund if wrong measurements were
provided. We will try to provide adjustments if possbile.
Any additional shipping will be borne by buyer.
Unless specifically requested by buyer, the type(s),
length(s) and colour(s) of materials will be decided by us.
No refunds or exchange will be provided if buyer is not satisfied with the product.
Hardware Warranty for BioThane® Products
We try our best to source for the best hardwares. In
the unfortunate event that the hardware breaks, we
will replace it with a new one. Any additional shipping
will be borne by the buyer. Scratches, discolouration, wear and tear due to use, damage due to inappropriate use, are not eligible for the warranty. Warranty is valid for one year from date of purchase.
