Shipping And Lead Time
1. Shipping
Local (Singapore) Shipping
For local orders, items will be sent by Qexpress or SmartPac and shipping is SGD$4.30. Free local shipping for orders above SGD$150. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery.
International Shipping
For international orders to Malaysia, shipping fee is SGD$8; to the rest of Asia, shipping fee is SGD$15 and to the rest of the world, shipping fee is SGD$25. Free international shipping for orders above SGD$250.
2. Lead time
All items are hand made from scratch and take around 15 to 20 working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays) to be completed (excluding delivery).
The lead time might increase up to 25 working days in the following events:
- More than two items
- Sale period
- Order consisting harness
